Contract
The staffing resource is hired for a designated period of time. In some cases, the staff
will be brought in for a specific project that requires an exact set of technical skills. With
contract solutions you will have the option to extend the duration of the contract. The contract will be written to accommodate your needs.

Job Order/Requisition: The fulfillment process begins when you send a job requisition to SPSI Staffing. The Director of Staffing qualifies the position to ensure the job description is complete and accurate shares it with the team's senior recruiters, who automatically publish the position on leading job boards. In addition to advertising, we post all jobs on our own Opportunity Portal and find many candidates through an extensive network of personal referrals. And, more often than not, we find qualified candidates among the many former SPSI Staffing Solutions consultants and job seekers in our vast data base.

Application Processing: A dedicated SPSI Senior Recruiter is charged with sourcing talent and reviewing submitted resumes and will then perform a careful manual review of the resume, as the next step in the process of elimination.

Screening Call: If an applicant is found suitable for a particular position, your SPSI Senior Recruiter will conduct the screening call and ask follow-up questions regarding the candidate's background and current situation.

Skills Assessment: At your request, candidates who pass the initial screening will be invited to take a technical skills assessment test. The evaluation is conducted over the phone by a technical expert.

|
Reference Check: The Senior Recruiter then performs a reference check on your behalf that includes at least three reference calls.
|
|
Application Delivery: Once these checks are confirmed, the Senior Recruiter locks in a contractual rate of pay and only then presents a submission package including the consultant's resume and summary information to you, the client.

|
Onsite Interview: If you wish to interview a particular candidate, we will schedule a meeting time for you and deliver the candidate to you at the appointed time. There is no obligation to hire or financial responsibility until you decide to make an offer.

|
Offer: If you are interested in hiring, we will present an offer to the candidate at the previously fixed rate and handle the paperwork. Our service guarantee includes a one week working interview and we stand behind every candidate we submit.

Ongoing Services: Unlike with self-service job boards, the process does not end here. We provide comprehensive benefits. Throughout the length of the contract, the new hire will have a dedicated Senior Recruiter to handle administrative items without any responsibility on your part.
