SPSI Pack solutions offer a variety of user interfaces including pack/ship combination screens, instant order verification utilizing wireless bar-coding solutions which allow users to pack and ship orders regardless of carrier designation or transportation mode from a single workstation, regardless of variations in your packing or shipping requirements.
SPSI will generate a rate for small package and parcel shipments via an electronic scale. Bar coded labels will be automatically generated for package identification. Carrier specific manifests listing all packages, service types and tracking numbers are printed at the time of shipment. Carton level data is stored in history and available upon demand.
Advanced Shipping Notices and UCC-128 compliance labels, are automatically produced according to specific customer requirements. We have delivered to our customers' vendor corporate requirements for business such as WalMart, Home Depot and Lowes.

VisPack is an intermediary application that bridges WMS systems and shipping applications allowing one step pack and ship in a single action. VisPack via integration with a WMS system can provide real time order management while providing customer service with persistent detailed visibility to out bound products.
VisPack essentially replaces the order fulfillment process by gathering item information as it is being loaded into shipping containers, this data along with inherited data (freight cost, weight, tracking numbers, time in transit) can then be posted to many WMS or ERP systems, additionally if the host system can not support the detail generated by VisPack, customer service modules can be deployed.
